8th of September
Now only manage to transfer my Camera's pictures into my PC. aicks, my lappie nowadays very sickie. But last night did so Rebooting System so today she might be alright~
that time, on National Day i went to the East Coast Mall with my Dearest Cousin Grace to watch Grown Ups. We both are coffee addicts. And since she wanted to keep up some gossips about me, we stopped by at Starbucks~
I love my outings with her. She's very friendly and knows what i am thinking. Like she's my second sister that i look up to~ i love her. For all of you, she's another newcomer to my bloggie~
Ain't she pretty?
Back to 8th of September, mummy knew that i was craving for mummy's creme brulee. Yeap! Creme Brulee is a French Dessert that mummy was dying to try on. So i volunteered to help mummy~
There, mummy bookmarked this page since Me and my sister bought her this recipe book~
Nope, it's not a cook book~
It's a Dessert Bible. Mummy likes to try things on so we decided to buy this for her~
First, you put in Sugar~
Vanila Extract. Damn this bottle costed mummy about 40 bucks~
The ramekins! We need them to put the substance into~
This is two cups of thick milk... ~ We have to warm it~
Beat 7 eggs into the sugar bowl~
After warming the milk up,
pour them gently into the egg bowl. You wouldn't want the eggs to cook~
This is a technique to cook custards. Mummy called it "Bin Mary" but i said "mum, you had Bin Mary it, but do you want to Bin Laden it?"
Hehe... me wanna help mummy la! Regardless of that Tin Tin outfit i am wearing, i am a mess when i am at home. hehe!
After the substance had thickened, pour them into the ramekins and ~!
TADAA~! put them in the oven and let them suffer!
after 20 minutes, it's ready to be taken out and sprinkle some brown sugar on top and huala!
Yii~! yummy~
And thy daughter is happy!
